Barbecue. No one doesn’t like barbecue. Yet it’s not easy, it’s an acquired skill that people learn by doing. What if there was a way for city kids to learn about the country art of smoking and grilling meats while at the same time, bringing joy to people who are having a rough year? Who could meet that need?
